​Material I Use
All of the jewelry offered is handcrafted by me. I most commonly use Sterling Silver, 14k gold vermeil, semi-precious stones, hydroquartz, & antique trade beads. If there is a variation in material used, it will be listed in the product description.
Shipping
Most of my orders are delivered within 5-7 days. I use USPS priority mail option for all orders. However, I cannot be responsible for delays in shipping due to weather conditions or other issues that may arise.

We just PayPal as our credit card processing vendor, even if you do not have a PayPal account, you can still use your choice of credit card to make a purchase.

All orders come in my custom designed packaging, with the Rehn Design Logo.
Returns & Refunds
Every piece I make is unique and one of a kind. Though I may make similar designs, each item is handcrafted, so no two items will be identical. I include detailed descriptions and pictures of all of my products, so I do not offer returns or refunds. However, if you should ever receive a defective item, please contact us and we will resolve any issues.
